**Position Overview** The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for shipping, receiving and overseeing the day\-to\-day operation, efficiency and safety of the Company's Warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor manages inventory levels, supervises staff and ensures efficient receiving and shipping processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse team members to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. * Oversee inventory management, including receiving, shipping and organizing products. * Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, product space allocations, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity efficiency, and quality of products. * Monitor receiving, shipping and incoming shipments for accuracy. * Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. * Oversee the picking of orders and coordinate with carriers' shipment scheduling. * Receives and records inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it accordingly. * Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. * Ensure that all stock is stored in the correct l...
