### **Description** **THE PURPOSE:** This role is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of True Religion’s inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) accounting and for leading the sales audit function. As the owner of inventory and COGS reconciliations, reserves, and period\-end entries, the Accounting Operations Manager ensures the company’s financial statements accurately reflect its inventory position and margins. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering an accurate, timely month\-end close and a clean annual audit, and contribute to True Religion’s continued growth by providing clear inventory analysis and driving process improvements across Finance, IT, and Operations.### **THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):** * Lead and develop the Inventory Specialist and Sales Audit Supervisor, setting priorities, reviewing their work, and ensuring the team meets all close deadlines. * Oversee the sales audit function, ensuring sales activity is reconciled and recorded accurately and on time. * Own all inventory and COGS reconciliations and book all COGS entries for each period end. * Prepare inventory reserve reconciliations and inventory trend and aging reports, ana...
