Shift: 4:30 AM Start Are you a hands\-on transportation leader who understands what it takes to run a successful daily route delivery operation? We are looking for a Delivery Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 11 CDL and Non\-CDL route delivery drivers. This is a highly visible, hands\-on leadership position responsible for keeping our daily delivery operation safe, efficient, and moving. This is not a desk\-only or long\-haul dispatch role. Our drivers are completing daily local delivery routes, and we need a supervisor who understands the challenges that come with multi\-stop delivery—from staffing and routing issues to customer needs, vehicle problems, and unexpected situations on the road. Previous experience personally working as a route delivery driver is highly preferred.
