Customer Service Specialist – Taxpayer Support **Location:** Tucson, AZ – Hybrid **Pay:** Up to $18/hour **Contract:** 1 year **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week **Hybrid Schedule:** Three days onsite and two days remote, based on business needs ### **Position Overview** We are seeking a customer\-focused professional to assist taxpayers with filing questions, account concerns, refunds, billing disputes, and Arizona tax policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and is comfortable researching account issues and communicating through multiple service channels.
