**About Compass** Compass Proactive Health Care is a team\-oriented, multi\-modality integrative clinic in Eugene. Our goal is simple: patients shouldn’t have to piece their care together on their own. We share patients across practitioners of different modalities so people have multiple resources under one roof. We meet people where they are and help them reach goals in a way that leaves them feeling successful and motivated. **The role** You’ll work under the direction of our PT, who is your main point of leadership, and alongside the whole clinic team. A typical day includes 3\-7 patients. **What you’ll do** * Carry out the PT’s plan of care with individual patients * Document treatment and outcomes * Keep the PT updated on patient progress and goal changes * Teach small\-group exercise classes such as Pilates (if it interests you) * Collaborate with practitioners across disciplines **What we’re looking for** * Active Oregon PTA license * A few years of PTA experience preferred * Interest or experience in functional training, pelvic floor training, and kinesiology\-focused care * An outside\-the\-box thinker who enjoys a collaborative environment **What we offer** * **Flexible s...
