**PSCI\-LIA, a fast\-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman\-owned small business, is seeking an On\-Site Lead to support an upcoming contract.** **Position Overview** This position has operational authority to manage daily task execution, interface directly with the COR, and resolve technical issues. Manages daily execution, coordinates with the COR, resolves operational issues, and responds to COR calls within four business hours. The PWS requires this designation but does not expressly require a separate additional employee. The On\-Site Lead coordinates daily work activities and provides hands\-on oversight of personnel supporting the company's government contract at U.S. Army Carlisle Barracks.
