This role oversees a broad range of projects including building and infrastructure improvements, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC upgrades, roofing and building envelope repairs, site and dock improvements, life\-safety initiatives, equipment and facility upgrades, mold remediation, water mitigation, and other facility\-driven capital needs.
