The **Senior** **Analyst, GTM Pricing, Costing \& Margin** will report to the Senior Manager, GTM Pricing, Costing \& Margin and support the end\-to\-end margin management process across the Smartwool and icebreaker Go\-To\-Market (GTM) organization. This role will partner closely with Product Development, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Commercial teams to provide financial analysis and insights that support pricing, costing, and profitability decisions throughout the product lifecycle. The Senior Analyst will contribute to pricing and profitability frameworks, monitor margin trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support initiatives aimed at driving sustainable revenue growth and gross margin improvement.
