Description

**Title:** Field Engineer **Summary:** Based in Boston, MA, the Field Engineer will work on local job sites to provide technical engineering information to company and plan specifications to insure construction work compliance with all engineering standards. They will also work at our Charlestown office reviewing proposal design specifications and engineering drawings to determine scope of projects, as well as working on bid proposals and calculating of related statistical data. **Engineering/Field Design Activities and Responsibilities:** * Interpret designs/drawings to insure construction work compliance with all engineering standards. * Insure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule. * Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences and errors. * Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work, change orders, estimates, etc. * Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as status reports, punch lists describing work items to be done, sketches of work already completed, material requirement calculations, etc. to supervisor. * Verify that all...
