**Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Site Operations Manager to support the Site Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations at a customer manufacturing facility and associated offsite warehouse. This role helps coordinate indirect material procurement, inventory management, vendor follow\-up, and customer service while providing day0to\-day guidance to employees across a multi\-shift operation. The Assistant Site Operations Manager helps maintain safe, accurate, responsive operations and assumes assigned site leadership responsibilities in the Site Operations Manager's absence. **Responsibilities** * Assist with daily site operations, work assignments, staffing coverage, and coordination across shifts and the offsite warehouse. * Provide direction, coaching, training, and day\-to\-day support to team members; communicate employee performance, attendance, and conduct concerns to the Site Operations Manager and HR as appropriate. * Serve as a responsive point of contact for onsite employees, customer representatives, corporate purchasing teams, and vendors; elevate significant issues to the Site Operations Manager. * Help translate customer mate...
