**About the Role:** As a CBRE Engineering Ops Manager, you will lead theengineering and technical operations team supporting one of our premier clientsin the retail sector. This position sitson\-site with the client in Spartanburg, SC and is responsible for overseeingengineering operations across a portfolio of four buildings, includingapproximately 3 million square feet of distribution space and additional officespace. This role is part of CBRE's Engineering and TechnicalServices function and is responsible for leading the implementation,coordination, and management of all mechanical, electrical, and facilityinfrastructure operations. You willoversee a team responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment repairs,system reliability, and operational performance, ensuring critical buildingsystems remain safe, efficient, and fully operational.
