Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting. As a key leader within the Shared Services organization, the Senior Manager \- Accounting provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and people leadership for the General Accounting, Billing, and Commissions Accounting functions. This position delivers end\-to\-end functional management for all brands, markets across approximately 150 U.S. dealerships. The Senior Manager will safeguard the integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of financial and operational information for the area of responsibility. Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing processes, procedures, and internal controls to drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement within the Shared Services function. * Oversee the resource management for an average $7M operating budget, leading a team comprising 100\+ managers, assistant managers, and accounting professionals. * Source, create, and sustain high\-performing teams within the scope of responsibility.
