Role Summary: Free People is seeking a Social Media Associate with 2\-3\+ years of experience on a social media team developing social\-first content from initial concept through execution. Reporting into the social team, this role owns a core channel content calendar, develops and produces original video concepts, and partners with creators and internal teams to deliver work that is culturally relevant and true to the brand. The ideal candidate pairs strong creative instincts with an analytical mindset. They understand how culture moves online, can translate that understanding into content strategy, and are equally effective in a planning meeting, on set, or in front of the camera.
