Description

Interested candidates should have experience with the structural design of urban buildings. **Skills and Expertise** Minimum of three years of related experience; BSCE (MSCE preferred) from an ABET\-accredited engineering program; Experience in the selection of structural materials and the review of specifications; Technically knowledgeable in the practical application of structural engineering analysis for structural supports, loads, and design integrity; Experience with the design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, drawings, and models; Proficiency with the following software: Safe, Etabs, Adapt, RAM, Risa; Familiarity with design codes and standards such as IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI 318; Review shop drawings, submittals, and test reports; Construction support.
