Description

The **District Manager** has the primary overall responsibility for leading and managing their assigned location. Manages all facets of the district with accountability for its growth, EBITDA, and Safety. Accountable for the overall direction of district activities to ensure high levels of customer service, operational effectiveness, employee productivity, customer and employee retention and profitability.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Leads and supervises office and operational personnel * Ensures daily work and reports are completed in an efficient and timely manner * Investigates and resolves customer service issues and complaints * Meets or exceeds district sales goals by partnering with the VP of Sales \& Marketing and the Sales Manager * Optimizes profitability of the district by actively managing controllable expenses, local inventory, and directing the development of continued improvement projects to generate hard cost savings/profit improvement * In partnership with corporate team coordinates product deliveries * In partnership with corporate team coordinates service and installations * Maintains district properties safety and appearance including offices, yard, bulk tanks, and ve...
