**Overview** We are currently looking for a dependable, Medical/ Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy clinic. Job Responsibilities * Scheduling patients and managing appointment calendars * Checking patients in and out for treatment visits * Going over paperwork and expectations with new patients * Performing daily patient recalls and follow\-ups * Logging and tracking daily office statistics * Assisting with general office duties as needed * Assisting providers with patient therapies and treatment flow * Assisting with basic patient intake and treatment preparation * Maintaining cleanliness and organization * Assisting with scheduling and patient flow as needed * Light cleaning Qualifications * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Friendly and compassionate attitude toward patients * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Attention to detail * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment * Basic computer and office software knowledge required * Previous medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Pay: $16\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
