**Number of Positions In Requisition** 1\&\#xa;\&\#xa; **Job Details** The Clinical Pharmacist oversees the medication distribution system for their area of responsibility. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist identifies, prevents, and resolves drug therapy problems by ensuring each medication is indicated, effective, safe, and convenient for the patient. **Job Description** **Job Duties** * Interacts with co\-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.(Do not delete, move or over\-write this statement) * Assures the appropriateness of drug therapy and compliance with hospital policies * Oversees the distribution of medications throughout TJUH * Supports implementation of processes to assure the quality of Pharmacy services * Trains pharmacy technicians, residents, students, interns and new pharmacists as assigned.
