This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, including cross\-functional teams and business leaders, and, when applicable, interfaces with suppliers to resolve invoices, payment, and account discrepancies. **You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:** * Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and timeliness. * Perform purchase order matching and validate invoice details, coding, and approvals. * Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies across internal systems and supplier accounts. * Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Operations, Finance) and business leaders to resolve invoicing issues and drive timely resolution * Communicate directly with suppliers, as needed, to address billing issues, payment status, and account discrepancies * Reconcile supplier statements and mai...
