#### **Position Summary** The Load Coordinator plans, schedules, and manages freight movements to ensure timely, cost\-effective transportation. This role coordinates truckload (TL) and less\-than\-truckload (LTL) shipments, maintains strong customer and broker relationships, monitors load activity, and resolves transportation issues to support efficient operations. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and schedule TL and LTL freight for assigned regions. * Manage reload opportunities and assign drivers to maximize fleet utilization. * Enter and maintain freight orders, load information, and shipment documentation. * Monitor shipment status, loading/unloading activities, and delivery schedules. * Communicate regularly with customers and brokers regarding load updates, schedule changes, and service issues. * Track and report detention, lumper, and OSD (over, short, and damaged) claims. * Resolve transportation and customer service issues promptly. * Follow up on detention requests and outstanding load payments. * Assist with training new team members and support continuous process improvements. * Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment. #### **Quali...
