Overview: **The Offsite Maintenance and Modernization (M\&M) Office in Hawaii is hiring a Manager of Operations.** This position is responsible for managing maintenance work on various EB construction efforts between Pearl Harbor and the Hawaii Shop. This is not an entry level position, and requires a more comprehensive understanding of workflow processes in various disciplines including, but not limited to: Trades, Planning, Engineering, Logistics, Tool Crib, QA, Safety, etc. The role reports directly to the Hawaii Site Manager, and frequently interact with Site Managers from other off\-site locations and Director of M\&M. They will be assisting the Hawaii Site Manager in managing a department of 60\+ personnel, with 4\-5 direct reports in multi\-functional areas including logistics, operations (electrical, machinists, welders), testing, and others. The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong working relationship with the on\-site team to ensure performance in safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
