**Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Customer Service \& Intake Specialist specializing in Durable Medical Equipment (DME). In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth intake processes, accurate insurance verification, and efficient management of medical records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care coordination while working within a fast\-paced healthcare environment.
