Description

**Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the team to develop design solutions and select suitable materials based on client requirements, project specifications and budget. * Prepare and revise technical drawings, layout plans, fabrication drawings and installation details using CAD software based on project requirements and site measurements. * Obtain and verify site measurements, material dimensions, designs and specifications from clients, vendors and relevant parties. * Review job orders, prepare and verify bills of quantities (BOQ), material requisitions and technical drawings accurately and within project timelines. * Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, technical requirements and project specifications. * Support the sales team in addressing customer enquiries, providing cost estimates and advising on installation methods, delivery and project setup. * Coordinate with sales, production, procurement and logistics teams to plan and schedule works, arrange material purchases and ensure timely delivery. * Monitor project progress, attend site meetings and inspections, and provide regular up...
