The Operations Supervisor oversees the day\-to\-day operation of assigned shift(s) and/or department(s) within a production, manufacturing, or distribution/warehouse environment, ensuring associates comply with company policies and procedures. Ensures TAT (turnaround time) targets, throughput, and quality standards are observed and met, while efficiently allocating resources, instructing associates, and monitoring shift and individual performance.
