Description: **Job Summary:** Reports to the Plant Manager. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily workflow for all areas of the Warehouse and Finished Goods, organizes, plans, \& determines department priorities in conjunction with the production schedule to ensure production goals are met. Inspects and maintains warehouse equipment and work areas to eliminate safety hazards. Ensures personnel comply with company policies, practices, and procedures. Maintain discipline, morale, and personnel relations. Conducts training, interviews screened applicants, makes recommendations for hiring, termination, transfer \& promotion of warehouse personnel. Performs and coordinates administrative functions, manages, and conducts inventory of materials. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Develops and manages cohesive workflow process and process improvements * Supervise the warehouse, finished goods, material staging and receiving areas * Develop, maintain, and manage the budget requirements of the department, including: * Labor, materials, and work hours * Provide regular status updates to senior management * Leads by example by working hard and having positive interactions with oth...
