**Nature of Work** ------------------ The West Virginia Division of Administrative Services is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Accountant/Auditor 3\. Operating under general supervision at the full\-performance level, this position is primarily responsible for the financial administration of assigned federal and state grants within the Division of Administrative Services. The core focus of this role involves the monthly review, validation, and authorization of fund distributions to sub\-grantees. To ensure seamless operations, the administrator will frequently collaborate with criminal justice program specialists to proactively resolve any issues or deficiencies. Additionally, the incumbent will serve as a backup for executing grant fund withdrawals and deposits, assist in onboarding and training new accounting staff, and perform other related duties as assigned.
