**Job Details:** Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: * 3\+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2\+ years of Tyson supervisory experience. * Familiarity with processing floor operations preferred. * HACCP certification and a basic understanding of HACCP principals and the ability to perform CCP monitoring verification preferred. * Knowledge of fresh meats processing preferred. * Physical Requirements: * Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspections using fixed ladders, stairs steps, etc. * Able to tolerate environmental conditions in the area of responsibility. The temperature in most of the areas range from 28°\-45° Fahrenheit. Computer Skills: * Basic computer skills. * Communication Skills: * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Able to communicate with all levels of management.
