**Job Summary** Run the operation behind Nashville's biggest events. Grand Tents \& Events has delivered tents, staging, and event infrastructure in Nashville since 1999, for stadiums, corporate clients, and major live events. We're growing fast, and we're hiring an Operations Manager to own day\-to\-day execution. Your job is to make sure every crew, truck, and order is ready before it rolls. If you're the person who keeps 20 moving parts straight and stays calm when 5 of them change at once, this role is for you. **What you'll do:** * **Schedule drivers and crews.** Build daily and weekly schedules that match the right people to the right jobs. * **Route trucks.** Plan efficient routes and load sequences across multiple events each day. * **Kick off crews each morning.** Lead the early rollout so every crew leaves with a clear plan, the right equipment, and the right truck. * **Make sure orders are install\-ready.** Review upcoming orders and confirm every detail before the crew shows up: layout, site access, delivery window, and equipment. * **Manage labor costs.** Build schedules that control overtime and keep jobs within their labor budget. * **Track labor.** Track hours acros...
