Description

I. Summary Project Manager II is responsible for the successful planning, execution, financial performance, and closeout of heavy civil site\-development projects for private commercial clients, includingdata centers, distribution centers, warehouses, and similar large\-scale developments. Project scopes include earthwork, mass excavation, grading, building\-pad preparation, underground utilities, stormwater systems, roadways, parking areas, and related site infrastructure. The PM2 takes primary ownership of assigned projects from bidding through final completion, managing scope, schedule, cost, client relationships, subcontractors, suppliers, documentation, and field coordination. This role works closely with owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, and field leadership to deliver sitework safely, profitably, and in alignment with overall development schedules, phased turnover requirements, and contract obligations. The PM2 reports to the Group Manager and is expected to proactively communicate bid challenges, project risks, cost impacts, schedule concerns, changing conditions, and issues that may create a scope or cost deviation from the original project plan.
