Description

PCM is seeking a hands\-on Warehouse Manager with proven people management skills to lead warehouse operations supporting custom cable and wire harness manufacturing for defense and aerospace customers. This position oversees warehouse staff, receiving, inventory control, wire and cable management, material kitting, and production staging. A key responsibility is to build and maintain an inventory aging system that tracks how long materials remain in stock and supports purchasing, material usage, and inventory reduction decisions. The ideal candidate can lead employees, establish clear procedures, maintain accurate inventory, and resolve operational problems. Accuracy, accountability, material traceability, and timely production support are essential.
