**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team in Fresno, CA. As a Registered Nurse in Hospice, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well\-being. You will work closely with our medical director, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, and provide education and support to their families.
