**Ex/Retired Service Writer/Advisor or Mechanic would be perfect for this opportunity:** **\*\*\* We are looking for an Warranty/Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Twin Pine Ford.** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** · Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise · Assist service and parts customers as needed. Be able to back up repair order invoice clerk · Files and maintains all service records as required by the warranty company. · Negotiating disputed claims with claim analysts with management involvement when needed · Review warranty repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedure manuals · Follows up on payment of outstanding claims · Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines · Reconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments · Answer the phones to assist customers in a professional, friendly, helpful and prompt manner · Call customers to verify satisfaction concerning the service received · Responsible for rental arrangements, respond to client inquiries, and validate customer information · Follow up with clients as needed ...
