**Job Summary** WorkHorse Social is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our small, growing agency and help manage social media accounts and content production for our clients. This role starts with hands\-on content coordination and account support, with a clear path toward taking on full account ownership and direct client management within the first few months. **In the first phase of the role, you'll:** * Plan, schedule, and post content across client social media accounts including WorkHorse Social’s accounts * Participate in and help during select content shoot days with clients * Assist with light content editing, captions, and basic design requests * Track content calendars and deadlines across multiple client accounts * Shadow client calls and communications to learn account history and expectations **As you grow into the role, you'll take on:** * Direct client communication and relationship management * Content strategy and planning for assigned accounts * Full ownership of specific client accounts, including reporting and check\-ins **Duties** * Develop and manage social media content calendars, campaigns, and publishing across platforms using tools such as Hootsui...
