##### **A sophisticated tax, accounting, and advisory practice is adding a** **Senior Tax Manager** **after another year of organic growth.** This is a **fully remote opportunity anywhere in the U.S.** with a $190K–$220K base, bonuses paid twice a year, flexible PTO, **no minimum overtime requirement**, and a genuine path to Principal, Partner, and ultimately equity ownership. The client work is equally compelling. The practice specializes in **family offices and real estate private equity sponsors**, with significant exposure to complex partnerships, HNW individuals, multi\-generational trusts and estates, private foundations, and closely held businesses. This isn't a high\-volume compliance shop.
