Description: Verland is seeking a **Regional Program Director of Residential Services CLA** who is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and operational oversight of a designated group of CLA residential homes within a specific region. This role ensures high\-quality, person\-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and organizational standards.
