**POSITION**: Marketing Manager **REPORTS** **TO**: Director of Operations **JOB SUMMARY**: The Marketing Manager develops and directs the marketing strategy for both Haus Aesthetic Management businesses: Haus on Main Medical Spa and Sinder Haus Day Spa. The role uses independent judgment to set content direction, campaign strategy, and channel priorities, and owns social media, paid social ads, email marketing, promotions and events, and online reviews. The role also manages the relationship with Studio III, the agency that manages the website, paid Google Ads, and market research. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience * 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, agency, freelance, or graphic design work * Preferred: marketing experience in healthcare; experience with digital photography **SKILLS AND ABILITIES** * Social media content creation and management * Paid social ad campaign strategy and management * Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations * Experience with marketing analytics tools * Experience with Boulevard or a comparable...
