**Operations Manager** Triumph Logistics is seeking an exceptional hands\-on Operations Manager with a proven track record of leading, developing, and improving the performance of large groups of employees. We are looking for a leader who wants to be in the operation and with the team every day—observing performance, coaching employees, developing leaders, solving problems, recognizing great work, and holding people accountable when standards are not met. Our operation moves quickly. We operate seven days a week, manage a large team of Delivery Associates, and deliver thousands of packages throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area every day.
