Together, let's shape a brighter future for our community! **Salary:** $31\.13, per hour **Job Summary:** The Facilities Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibilities are to conduct basic to moderate level building maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work at City facilities. This involves skills and knowledge in the disciplines of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and remodeling. Journey\-Level experience in one or more of these disciplines is highly desired but not required. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to; Preventative, predictive and unplanned maintenance of city facilities (structures, systems, components and equipment), vendor/contractor oversight, contract management, and decision making as it applies to the aforementioned areas. Incumbent will collaboratively assist with the development and enhancement of facilities maintenance methods, procedures, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
