### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 5x8hrs * Hours: 40 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 26, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience along with a OK or compact RN license. ### **Details** * Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population * Average caseload of 5\-7 patients per day * Monday through Friday schedule with possibility of weekends * 40\-hour scheduled week * On\-call responsibilities required * Territory covers up to a 60\-mile radius from the hub office * Travelers must be flexible with assigned territory ### **Requirements** * Active RN license (OK or compact) currently in hand * BLS certification required * Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required * OASIS experience required for clinicians performing start of care visits * HCHB EMR experience required * Proof of vehicle insurance required * First\-time travelers will not be considered ### **Additional Information** * Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric home health patients * Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted * iPad provided for documentation * ...
