In this role, you will serve as the central communication hub for daily deliveries, coordinating with dispensaries, drivers, and internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling and smooth delivery execution. You will confirm delivery windows, update dispatch systems, resolve routine delivery issues, and provide real‑time support to drivers throughout their routes. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, and maintains exceptional accuracy when handling delivery data and compliance updates. This position also supports METRC updates at the time of delivery and requires familiarity with California DCC regulations, manifests, and cannabis delivery workflows.
