Junior Project Manager Remote \| Hybrid option: Melbourne, FL or Ellicott City, MD Salary Range: $100,000 \- $115,000 **The Role** Above Group is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our Senior Project Managers in delivering AE and cross\-discipline Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) projects. You will help keep assigned projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget, and be a dependable point of contact between clients, contractors, sub\-consultants, and our internal design teams. Your work will directly reflect the quality and vision of our company standards. This is a growth role with real responsibility: you will manage approximately $0\.5M–$1\.5M in annual billings, contribute to proposals and business development, and help shape the standards and processes our project teams work by.
