Overview: **WHO are we looking for?** CAPTRUST is seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented ***Senior Content Specialist*** to lead content development and enablement support for the Retirement and CAPTRUST at Work business lines. This role develops, refines, and manages advisor\-facing, client\-centered, and internal content that advances business development and strategic priorities. Working closely with Sales Enablement colleagues, Marketing partners, and subject matter experts, the Senior Content Specialist translates complex concepts into clear, compliant, and sales\-ready materials. The role combines hands\-on content creation with content planning, governance, lifecycle management, and advisor readiness across assigned audiences.
