**Location: Lakeland, FL \| Regional Travel Required** A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced **Regional Director of Human Resources** to oversee HR operations across multiple **skilled nursing facilities throughout Florida**. This is a hands\-on leadership opportunity for an HR professional who can support facility leadership, strengthen HR teams, and drive compliance and employee engagement. **Compensation: $90,000 \- $130,000 DOE** ### **What You’ll Do** * Oversee and support HR teams across multiple skilled nursing facilities * Partner with Administrators and leadership on HR strategy and employee relations * Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies * Manage complex employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management * Lead initiatives focused on retention, training, and employee engagement * Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics * Support FMLA/leave administration, workers’ compensation, and union relations * Coach and develop facility HR Managers and promote consistent HR practices across the region ### **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources ...
