We're seeking a Civil Project Engineer who is ready for the next step in their career. This is an opportunity for an ambitious engineer to take ownership of projects, develop leadership skills, and build toward a future Project Manager role. **Position Overview** This role is ideal for an Engineer\-in\-Training who has built a strong foundation in land development design and is preparing for PE licensure. You will manage your own projects, coordinate with support staff, interact with clients and agencies, and gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery. Unlike larger firms where engineers become siloed in one discipline, this role offers broad exposure across permitting, design, client coordination, and project management.
