We build complex waterfront projects throughout Southeast Florida, including complete marina developments, seawalls, docks, piers, bridges, piling systems, dredging, shoreline protection, and associated upland improvements. At BCI, project managers are estimators, and estimators are project managers. We believe a true project leader must understand both how to price the work and how to build it. The person developing an estimate needs to understand field execution, and the person managing a project needs to understand the quantities, production rates, labor, equipment, and assumptions behind its budget.
