**Job Requirements** **Position Summary** Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers benefit plans and programs in alignment with the organization's strategy. Analyze current benefits trends and offerings to assist with plan design and budget recommendations. Ensures HR systems integration and maintenance of the HRIS system to include leading design, build, and test of various enhancements. Ensures legal compliance and collaborates as needed with IT, legal counsel, brokers/consultants, vendors, HR staff, associates, and other internal stakeholders. Serves as a lead for less senior benefits staff members. **Minimum Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. **Experience** * 5\+ years of human resources experience with HRIS and benefits administration * Experience with analysis and project management * Prefer experience with Infor/Lawson v10 or higher * Prefer experience with Kronos v8 * Advanced MS Excel skills **License/Registration/Certifications** * N/A **Preferred Requirements** **Preferred Education** * N/A **Preferred Experience** * N/A **Preferred License/Registration/Certifications** * N/A **...
