About this Job: **General Summary of Position** Manages the clinical pharmacy services. Ensures that the principles of pharmaceutical care are followed in the prescribing dispensing administration and monitoring of medications.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities** * Assists in the development of and monitors quality of clinical information and pharmacy interventions formulated by clinical and patient care pharmacists. * Develops guidance for and delivers as appropriate education programs via in\-services lectures newsletters or rounds to various healthcare professionals and patients. * Interviews and assists in selection of candidates for all professional staff positions in accordance with personnel policies and departmental requirements. * Interviews and assists in selection of candidates for clinical positions in accordance with personnel policies and departmental requirements. * Participates in and leads where appropriate any multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams.
