About the Role: Culmen International is seeking an **Alternate Program Manager** to support an Air Force contract. The Alternate Program Manager is a key member of the AFCAP VI Program Management Office and is fully prepared to act for the Program Manager when required. The position supports contract\-wide leadership, task\-order execution, rapid\-response readiness, cross\-functional coordination, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
