Description: The Controller is responsible for all aspects of the accounting operations of A1J Technologies LLC, a business unit of BTX Precision, including financial reporting, month\-end close, general ledger integrity, cost and inventory accounting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, internal controls, and compliance. The role leads the accounting team, ensures accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and provides financial guidance that supports operating and strategic decisions. Accurate standard costing and inventory valuation, clean reconciliations, disciplined cash management, and procedural rigor are central to this position. The Controller partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure correct cost flows, PPV review, and timely issue resolution; drives process improvement and reporting automation within the ERP; and serves as the primary liaison for external audit, tax, banking, and corporate finance reporting to BTX Precision.
