**A DAY IN THE LIFE** As a Manager II \- Engineering – Major Projects Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing high\-voltage project engineering teams through coaching, training, and mentoring junior\-level engineering staff to ensure the company’s engineering expectations are met. The Manager II \- Engineering \- Major Projects Group, will oversee the development, implementation of, and management of safe utility\-scale engineering designs, and will develop metrics and set objectives for the company meeting its engineering obligations at project award stage through project completion. **STEP INTO THE ROLE** * Manages and maintains safe utility\-scale engineering designs that compliment company, state, and federal safety regulations. * Serves as a quality champion who perpetuates designs compliant with local, state, and international building codes and company best practices. * Communicates in a clear and concise manner in leadership, management, and technical spaces. * Delivers designs that provide the most economical means to satisfy the design life of the power plant.
