### **Staff Pharmacist** #### **Methodist Rehabilitation \| Jackson, MS** Methodist Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full\-time **Staff Pharmacist** to join our collaborative healthcare team. As a specialized physical rehabilitation hospital, we are dedicated to helping patients restore independence and achieve their highest level of recovery. The Staff Pharmacist will play an important role in providing safe, effective, and patient\-centered medication therapy for adolescent, adult, and geriatric rehabilitation patients. Responsibilities include preparing and dispensing medications, monitoring medication therapies, providing clinical drug information, and supervising pharmacy support personnel. In the absence of the Pharmacy Director, the Staff Pharmacist may also assume essential pharmacy leadership responsibilities. #### **What You’ll Do** * Prepare and dispense oral, intravenous, sterile, and other medications according to physician orders, pharmacy protocols, and established policies * Review and interpret medication orders and maintain accurate computerized patient medication profiles * Monitor medication therapies for allergies, contraindications, drug interactions, therap...
